Lake Pleasant - Inland- Spearfishing Tournament June 5th

Inland Water Divers will be hosting the 1st Annual Spearfishing Tournamant at Lake Pleasant June 5th. Hunters will stage out of the Scorpion Bay Marina, where they will return later in the afternoon for the weigh in. Pre-registration is required, contact us for details.
I will be going, & Im looking for a partner with a boat... I have a jon boat if not...

This sounds cool and would like to know more about if don't mind. I don't have a boat right now (although have owned several) but maybe we can share some ideas.

I have been bank fishing from Pleasant regualarly for a few years now. Been going there since I was a kid. I have caught hundreds of stripers and some nice flathead.

I fished bass with plastics and lures for years but am addicted to striper and glad they are in Pleasant. That record that was caught in Dec was mine I say dammit, I uploaded a couple recent pics. Recent schoolies, my Jeep w/poles off back and a 15lb flattie from late fall.
