Default Hook Sizes

Ok so here goes. once the hooks come in the mail it is easy to tell what is what, because they are in the little bags with the stickers on them. 3 weeks later once they are all over the shop and on plugs and in my vice and in my fingers I cant remember what size is what. is there a good chart out there that either has the full size hooks with the # or measurements of the hooks next to them? most charts I have seen say not to scale or not full size. what the he!! good is that? Thanks.

best to familiarize yourself with the sizes.... Instead of letting them get all mixed up, get yourself a compartmented container,Lowes and Home depot sell them, so so any tackle shop, take the sticker off each package and glue it to the outside of each compartment, put the corresponding hooks into each one.... no mix ups, helps when comparing sizes until it is committed to memory...makes taking inventory easy too...

I only use a couple of sizes, in different types.
But if it's a hassle, like was stated, keep 'em separate.

Hey i take one of each size and staple to a board and tag it ...

K.I.S.S always works the best for me

And i have allot of hooks ......Also i use the Folgers Plastic resealable coffee cans .. Air tight , no rust ....I am the biggest redneck when it comes to storage . I paid 15 bucks for my vise and its the best and will last a long time .

The double size baby food jars also work great for smaller hooks . Just screw the top to a board and the have great storage ...............

I also dye all mt own tails
