nope dont look like you cheated to me there, nice fish for sure, but you did however break 3 other rules
1-Failure to wear PFD and Killswitch while under Power[witnessed]
2-Being on Tourney waters after 10pm the night before the Tourney[self admitted and witnessed]
3-Lines in Water before 6:30am start time[Witnessed]
I guess we should have called DNR also for admitting to driving a boat while impaired[morphine],seems like the hole keeps getting deeper
I dont know who weighed in 20lbs[morphine taking affect again] of fish, but I am sure theirs were caught legally, our weight was 38lbs,it wouldnt bother me to weigh in zero as long as it was done within tourney rules, that way I can go home at night and know I did my very best within the rules and get a good nights sleep.
By the way did i say that was a nice fish, too bad it was not part of the winning stringer.

Admins, please accept my apologies once again,if he wants to say that He won a Tourney and supposedly show the winning fish, the rules that were broken need to be publicised also,he was not winner by Dq,sorry again and I will not respond to his claims again,I think everyone sees the Real Bill now.Thank You.

I need to step in here and prevent this thread from being a personal pissing contest.
Bill has a pretty serious medical condition of which obviously now calls for the necessity of heavy pain relief.
Please let the issue die and leave the man in peace.

His flopeye thread was for his daughter to reflect on after he is gone.
I personally thought the last video was pretty freekin cool. Id like to have been there to high five him - tourney or no tourney.
We all see the issues but it seems a bit mean spirited now.

"...Please let the issue die and leave the man in peace...."

striperjim, don't be fooled by his stories or cries for sympathy. cross him and YOU TOO will be subjected to his threats.

I think we ALL intended to leave this alone, but if you will look it was Bill himself who rekindled the fire. perhaps you should also remind him that HE needs to let it die and move on. his definace is what got him in the situation to begin with.

just my two pennies.

true statement Jim,that was a good fish for sure,Bill can catch some nice ones for sure,i think everyone in that tourney would have shook his hand if it would have been within the rules, the fish was caught during tourney hours but the rules were broken hence the Dq,if he is gonna post that he won a tournament that he actually didnt,it ought to be left open for comment to dispute that statement,i dont wanna get into a thread killer type conversation either, lets just let it all go,the facts are out there now. Thanks

I'm locking this thread for a while, I have through my previous post and PM's asked for a truce.
I can't express how much I despise flame wars.
It's the reason I have settled in here, and no longer even lurk at some of the other boards on the net.
I'll unlock it at a later date when I believe the situation has cooled off.
If new flame wars start in new threads I will take further action on the individuals guilty of pouring the gas.
