Sarah Brightman's music is very soothing and great for relaxing Jim. She sounds almost like Enya. :)

Good thread! I am in the process of putting together a "Donny Bolt" mix CD for my brother Don. Lotso rock from the 70's N 80's and a few tracks from later. But its mostly songs from when he grew up, and songs that remind of him. Most of them are considered "Donny Merrill songs", as well fishing anthems that cranked to tha limit while fishin', 'specially in the Spring when everything starts! I will post a few random tracks from it. Here's one....

White Bird by It's a Beautiful Day. Bet no one has even heard of the group never mind the song.

Sitting on the Dock of the Bay. Many have done it but none better than Ottis Redding.

Moondance, Into the Mystic and my favorite, It Stoned Me all by Van Morrison from his Moondance album.

Verse from It Stoned Me:

Half a mile from the county fair
And the rain kept pourin' down
Me and Billy standin' there
With a silver half a crown
Hands are full of a fishin' rod
And the tackle on our backs
We just stood there gettin' wet
With our backs against the fence

Oh, the water
Oh, the water
Oh, the water
Hope it don't rain all day

Should I be playing that Mystic music when I going down the Mystic River. Or on the way back. What about Chamber Music on the days I come back empty handed.
