Default New to stripe fishing on West Point lake

I live in Alabama and am new to West point lake. I have been wanting to do some stripe and hybrid fishing this winter on the Alabama side of course. I like to use jigging spoons and also like to troll. I have been hearing about Wedahackee creek (spelling may be wrong ) Could some of you give me some good advice on techniques and areas?Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanx, KW
