Default Blackfish?

Do we get blackfish in the Seabrook harbor to Portsmouth harbor area? Saw some blackfish fishing on some show down in montauk, and it looked like fun and something else to chase down. Any info on them and catching them would be great.

Anchor up on structure.
Drop bait to bottom (green crab, white leggers, clam, shrimp).
Keep bait still.
Wait for tap, tap TUG!

Fish on.
