Spoke to the Ale House staff yesterday and was informed that the Mayor's Cup is canceled this year. Sad to see it go, it definitely was a nice tradition.

That tournament always seemed to be snakebit as far as weather goes. It seems like if they held it late in the season the run came early and when they moved it up it was too early in the season.
On the off chance they timed it right it always rained an inch or two a couple days before the tournament.
It was still fun though ... tough to beat striper fishing, chow, good beer and a live band.
