Does anyone use a duplicator on their lathe? Im kind of curious to how they work.

And I couldnt afford one any way but does anyone no of any cheap decent ones I may be interested they look pretty awesome !
The dup you linked to is a rockler a bit underwhelming looking to be honest but it probably does the job. The Salty cutter is just a cutter that attaches to your existing duplicator. there are ways to build your own duplicator run a search on the web you will be surprised at what you find.

I came into this thread a little late but not for nuth'in, I did all the searching for home made dups and made one of my own. It works great! I am making improvments on it as I get more experience with it. It is surly worth a try.---LOUIE
