Easton - The Mass. Striped Bass Association will be celebrating its 60th Anniversary this year. Founded in 1950 ,the organization has represented anglers for six decades and will celebrate the birthday in style. The MSBA will return to the Stonehill College Campus on Saturday and Sunday, March 6 -7 for the annual Sport Fishing Expo. Sponsors this year include electronics company Raymarine and On the Water, The Anglers Guide To New England. The two-day event will be held in the Sally Blair Ames Sports Complex on the Stonehill College Campus.
The motto this year is "No Junk, No Dishes. Every Booth Is About Fishes! That is Stripers, Tuna, Flounder, Blues & Cod." Join the MSBA at the Expo and be entered into drawings or a Free Charter Fishing Trip. As usual there will be a family Friendly priced food and drink concession. Attendees have the opportunity to become a better fisherman in two continuous Seminar Theatres featuring speakers including author Zeno Hromin

Tickets are priced at $10 with children 14 and under $5. The first 50 children that enter each day will receive a free fishing gift from Uncle Josh Taackle Co. There will be door prizes all day, each day. The MSBA 2010 Annual Sport Fishing Expo will open on Saturday, March 6, at 10 a.m. and will run to 7 p.m. Sunday, March 7, it's a 9 a.m. start until a 5 p.m. closing. The parking is free.
