RI will not have a Lic out anytime soon so you must be registered with the Fed. through NOAA its free. But this will not be recipricated in CT. So if you are from RI and plan to fish CT this year u will need a Non Resident Lic from CT. I think the cost is 60. That is my understanding.
Register with MRIP - and get a NY License, its $15 out of state. Then you can fish R.I., N.Y., the Hudson River, Delaware River, Ct., N.J., N.H., Me. and Massachusetts. (In the rivers migratory species only)
