LAKE THURMOND: Stripers, hybrids on spoons, live herring, shiners. Largemouth on artificial worms, spinnerbaits. Bream, shellcrackers, mainly on crickets

Lake Thurmond: Largemouth Bass: Very good, casting plastic worms. Also, try Little Cleos and spinnerbaits. Good catches with deep-running Rebels and ShadRaps. Bass are beginning to bed. Striped and Hybrid Bass: Excellent, using Cleos, Berry Spoons half-ounce yellow and white RoadRunners with bucktails and KastMasters. Also, try large minnows and live herring. Limits are being caught. .

LAKE THURMOND: Stripers, hybrids on spoons, Roadrunner lures trailing bucktails; best fishing near dam. Fish also hitting live shiners, herring. Largemouth on a variety of lures.

LAKE THURMOND: Few people fishing due to cold weather. Largemouth Bass: Slow. Try casting plastic worms, deep-running Rebels, ShadRaps. Yozuri plugs and Challenger plugs. Striped and Hybrid Bass: Good, using Little Cleos, Berry Spoons, ? -ounce yellow and white RoadRunners with bucktails and KastMasters around the dam. Also, try large minnows.

LAKE THURMOND: Largemouth Bass: Good. Try casting plastic worms, Rattletraps, Count Down lures. Striped and Hybrid Bass: Very good, using medium and large minnows, sidewinder spoons, and ?- and 2/5-ounce Cleos. Crappie: Excellent, using small minnows. Catfish: Good, using cut bait and nightcrawlers fishing on the bottom. Good catches around structure and bridge pilings. Bream and Shellcrackers: Good. Try using earthworms around banks and brush.

Clarks Hill (Lake Thurmond)
Awesome right now !!! Tournament winner last Saturday had two fish 71.04 Lbs.a 40.02 and a 31 and he did not have big fish. Number two team had a 41.3.
