Default penn 760 slammer and 10'6" mojo
I have a Penn USA 760 Slammer reel that I am thinking of putting on a St.Croix 10'6" Mojo surf rod. My primary use will plugs and spoons. Any idea wich rod I should use? The 2-6 oz. or the 3/4 to 4? I do not plan on using anything over 4 oz but the extra 2 oz may be of added security. Any thoughts?

3/4-4 oz definetly if you are just throwing lures.
