Now that I have your attention.

Some Member Input is requested.
I'd like to implement a service for our members from other members.
The dilemma arises on the layout.
Should we use geographic location forums as the sub forum?
For example Use the regional forums like in this case New England / Nova Scotia or keep an entirely seperate forum such as the one below with the Charter service below as a sub forum?
Any input - suggestion advice is welcomed and appreciated. Keep in mind the facilitation for future expansion and the addition of several Charter services.

Im with you there Point.
I guess I dont see it as change just better organization.
It also would go a long way to spur participation from other Charter captains who would then have their own forums that they would keep udated for continual business promotion.
We could offer this to existing membership and potential new ones.

How so Zim? This isnt anything negative.
The asking for advice is public as i would like a few different takes on it, not just as a business idea - but for the overall aesthetics and interactive ability of the threads

Ive been patrolling and keeping riff raff out for 4 and 1/2 years now.
Ive made plenty of mistakes along the way - I also have survived mutinies - crashes - hacks - host changes - takeovers - and various other BS.
Its not the end of the world if I have to re-assess an error in judgement.
It comes with the territory - at worst - Im disappointed for a while.
I know you know this much about me - I have more serious problems in life than to worry too much about that stuff.

in that case, get your gear together and come down early am and fish the tide with me. i will be hitting the beach at 8am or earlier if need be. high tide is at 10:20 at gk but with a west wind i am leaning toward the arthur kill. but with a w wind i am not as optimistic. i figure by the fort or the rock for starters. i have been jonesin so will have sunshine and that is all i care about at this point.

The hole or the bouys wouldnt be a bad idea with the west wind.

I have decided to use geographic sub forums.
Thanks for all your input.

This way the subforum acts as a category and the category will allow multiple forums / subforums.
Example = New England - Nova Scotia
In a few years down the road this will be huge.
Any guides and charter captains who would like to participate and be added to a specific geographic location give me a shout.
