Default Older penn reels

I have a used penn 710 with box,instructions, and drag reduction tefl. bushings. price tag on box was $28. in 1973.
also a penn squider from the same vintage. both in excellent condition
anyone have an appox. value.
maybe I DON'T want to use these reels from my kayak !!!

a 710 new in box maybe fetch 100 +
you can still probably get them on flea bay for 50 or so.
Squidder probably is less than its value new at 70 bucks.
I say Use em up.
keep the 710 or sell the parts for more than the reel is worth.

The 704 about doubled in price when discontinued in 06. still can get one for 100 or so from flea bay. I've seen people gouged for 2 bills for nib.

Take a look on ebay and see what is the going rate. It may still be in the ballpark i mentioned
