Travel Directions

Hey, i'm heading to falmouth mass on tues 5/29 I will be hauling a 26 foot boat so i want the easiest travel route possible. I'll be leaving from portland at around 3 am. should hit boston by around 430-500 am should i go through the tunnels in boston or will the traffic be too bad at around that time, and should i travel 495 or rt 3 to the cape....i would assume 495 since it takes me right into falmouth, but any opinions will be great. Thanks!

at 5 am really doesn't matter which way you go, should be clear sailing, not sure which is faster without traffic though

Agreed, Boston will be a breeze at 5am, 95 to 93 to rt3 (or rt 24 through brockton to 495 may be a bit quicker). Have a great trip!
