Was going to hit the river tonight just finished loading up the boat and I get text inviting me on a 2 day tuna/sail/mahi trip so I couldn't turn that down. Has anyone been out?

Dam Mu. I would have done another all nighter with yah. I haven't been out in forever it seems like, but I am going to try for tomorrow morning. Anyway all of my 24.7 people, me and Mu made it in the In Fishermen Magazine with a cool story about the cow we caught way back on that Saturday night before Memorial Day. Made a quick run this morning. No stripers, but tons of cats. Anyone target the carps and if so how, what and where. The cats are fun, but I would love to target something else during these summer months on the Big D. Have a good week all, Chuckles

Learn to troll, use live perch and drag live eels and you should be able to get some bass in the boat all summer long. Target them early and late.

Hope all my friends on here have been having a good fall run. The surf has been either on fire or dead no in between. And the ocean off SIC has been blazing hot for several weeks and fish are still holding right inside the lumps. If you haven't winterized your boat noes your chance to get out and troll up some pigs.
