I'm asking because when I lived in Fort Peirce ( grow up there) I used to use these locally tied buck tail jigs called Flare Hawks or redtail hawks for snook. they were my favorate jigs to toss for snook in the swift bridge current. now that I no longer live in florida, I live in Georgia now. so no more snook but plenty of land locked stripers :)
Anyway, have any of you tried the flare hawks for stripers?
