Spent all weekend around warwick light, patience, prudence, conimiciut light, bristol.... (no Stripers). anyone have luck in the bay recently? if so, where?
Hello siggy. Welcome to the board. I wanted to acknowledge your post. Sorry cant help with the area. Your first post could easily get lost in the volume. Perhaps a move to the New England forum will draw a strike.
The action in the upper bay was amazing through may and june, over the past couple of weeks the warmer water has pushed the bigger fish a little further south. I'm still seeing quality fish coming up in the shallows in the early AM,my boating friends are finding a decent daytime bite in 40'-60' of water south of the mount hope. Good Luck.
I CANT TELL YOU THE EXACT SPOTS.....BUT THE LOWER BAY IS STILL HOLDING SOME DECENT FISH.
UPPERBAY= NOT TILL THE WEATHER COOLS BACK DOWN.
BUT THEN AGAIN FISH ARE EVERYWHERE.
