Nor - vise parts
I got an older model Nor-Vise this year. Hated it at first, now I won't use anything else.
The problem is, the notch on the side, when I lock in the sideways position (turned away from me) is worn. It slips out pretty easily.
I don't see anything on their site about replacement parts. Does anyone know the inner workings of these things and have any ideas on repairing?
It kind of looks like the "locking grooves" are ground right into the upright bracket piece of the vise.

Re: Nor - vise parts
you got a pic? that may help as somebody has always got 2 cents when it comes to mechanical questions. of course you tried ebay but parts for these things are usually the whole vise. (and not cheap)

AGHH so Sorry guys.
I shut down the tackle shop, and went back to school full time for Communications / new media. A lot of graphic design and stuff...
Taking a breath and preparing for a summer of good fishin' now.
