How's the fishing been for you guys lately at Oregon Inlet? I went twice in Jan, hardly any boats fishing. We caught 1 over the entire 2 trips. The few boats fishing went 40+ miles north around Currituck beach lighthouse, but no one seems to be catching them. Really discouraging!
Then we went to Rudy inlet once...I bet there were 150 boats. No one I talked to caught a fish.
When the northern waters got cold enough for them to migrate south, It was to cold in the 3 mile line the fish are in deeper warm water just outside of legal fishing
