Thumbs up Re: FURLED Leader

khary23,
Alot of anglers like the fuirled leaders because they provide an excellent presentation. They are also extremely supple which will eliminate any type of line memory in the leader due to storage on the reel cassette. Also they stretch just enough to help the anlger keep control and minimise line breakage when using light tippet.

I do know some anglers that love them and use them all the time. Personally i do not use them, i believe that if an angler is have problems with line memory or his cast he shouldn't blame it on the leader. Take the time either stretch the leader or change it out for a new one. As far as presentation goes, build your leader to the appropriate length and strength, and make sure to take the time and be patient with your casts.

In the end, it's all personall preference.
B.S.
