Advice on my first center console

Hey guys,

I am planning on either selling my Ranger bass boat or trading it in. Here are a few boats that I was looking at and would like some advice on the brand name, year, experiences and how well it would be for a guiding boat.

I will be fishing Lake Norman mostly but would like to be able to take the boat to the ocean to fish the sound.

Would any of those boats be able to take me off shore a little?
