Do you mean rubber - like worms and shads ?
Or the injection molding stuff you'd need for hard baits ?

soft plastic use plastisol... gallon for 25 at haagens............

hard plastics there are several quality materials

You mean the urethane based stuff !
It's been so long since a thread has come up on this stuff that I'd pretty much forgotten about it. Striperknight, who I haven't seen in a while had been pretty big in that.

When you get it all figured out, I'd love some pointers on how to do it.

i;m still banging around the idea of surfboard material like the kind the pili lures are made of. i have yet to get any info on the surfboard material as i have not inquired enough. i was looking into purchasing about 10 of the pili lures for us to test out but it went by the wayside. i really like them and wanted to see them first hand. heard good things from people about them.
