striper fishing locations

i would like to know where i can fish for stripers from shore. i live in rehoboth ma. i am close to wesport and fall river ma and i am relatively close to newport ,middletown, tiverton and jamestown ri. ialso am about an hour from the cape cod canal. i am just starting out with surfcasting lures etc for stripers

thanks for the tip. i went to s**** p*** saturday at dawn and i didn`t get any action. can you fish with lures from that bridge how high up from the water is it
