10:00 am - 12:00 noon. Sponsored by Certified Marine Service and A & P Custom Tackle. Individual hands on for girls and boys who love to fish or just want to learn how - teach handling of rods, use of proper tackle and line, casting, etc. Charter Captains offering their time to help out our future Hudson River fishermen. Boys and Girls can stay for the adult seminar and buffet that starts at 12:00 noon. We hand out bait to the kids that come in during the summer, but last year we saw a sharp decline in the number of kids fishing. Not good! We need to spend time with the young people, teach them, talk to them. They are our future.
