Jr. Angler Fishing Story contest
For all our junior anglers and the contest will be ongoing throughout the entire spring and summer. To qualify as a junior angler you must not have reached your 18th birthday at the time of the entry. All the Jr. angler has to do is submit their favorite fishing story to us in the junior angler bragging board forum with any photographs if they have them. (Not necessary for entry.) Each month the best stories will be evaluated and the participants will receive prizes and of course the best one will receieve the better prize. If the contest proves successful we will include a grand win a grand prize at years end from all entries if we have enough.

Ok, so I just explained the contest to Brittany, she is sitting on my lap talking to me about it while I'm posting this. She has a couple of questions. #1 Does the entry have to be a reply to this post? #2 Any fishing Story, or just a fish She caught? And Fianlly #3 Unlimited entries, or just one entry per junior per month?
She says thanks

Hi Brittany. Entries should be posted here. Any fishing story. If you have more than one story feel free to post them. We'll make up the rules as we go. Good luck. and thanks.

this is my big fish
14-year-old fisherman Bobby Capri figured out what to do when your arms get tired from paddling a kayak: hook into a fish almost half your weight and let it take you for a ride.Friday, the 115-pound teenager from New Jersey caught a 52.8-pound striped bass off Surf City while fishing from his kayak, The Press of Atlantic City reported. Capri came within five pounds of landing a world-record striper for his age group. But setting the hook was only the beginning of the fun. The stubborn bass fought for more than 20 minutes, towing Capri past two jetties and pulling him in a dozen circles.Capri finally pulled the fish aboard his kayak, but when he tried to paddle to shore the bow of the craft kept tipping below the water. Fifteen yards from the shore, Capri jumped out of the kayak and dragged the fish to land where he called his dad on his cellular phone, trying to guess at the size of his catch: "I knew I had something big," Capri told The Press, "I just did not know how big."

Hey jim does the story have to happen within the month? I got a good one but it happened last summer. Havent gotten any more as stripers are illegal right now and its gotten too cold for panfishing.
