BB,
If I were you,I plan on using the trailer,if that afternoon wind kicks from the South east as it often does that time of year you may take a terrible beating on the way home. My .02

Ya good call Steve...
...the boat is in a slip, and the ramp in the marina is basically a pile of rocks arranged in a sloping manner...
...When I put the boat in...I have to drive it to another ramp and take it out...its just one big mess...
...I just hope its OK with you guys if I jump on one of your boats... :?:

I'll bring my 10 foot aluminum Mirrocraft with the 1975 8.5 Johnson Outboard that works 1/7 of the time! We should catch some fish to pull us :P

I'd love to take that trip with you guys....
I wouldn't want to make one to many people though, so we'll see how the plans go....alot could change for me between now and then, i could just be taking a few of you on MY boat, who knows.

'Preciate it Roccus...
I'm sure my dad and I will make it up there during the summer...
There is a VERY SLIGHT chance I might be able to go...I'm tryin to pull some strings with the family...
...I might have to beg a friend to bring his boat up to the river...
...We'll see...hopefully it will work out...

This may be a liittle premature but......i should have my boat in the water and running by the 5th....
I'll let you know, but if i can do it......i can bring a few....and i'll be coming by water, not trailer. My boat is way to big to trailer around (6,000lbs+) and its too high to drive around on the trailer i think too.
everyone keep your fingers crossed....if i can i will go.
check it out...its in my pictures link.

That would be great, alot of gas though my friend, boats are VERY thirsty!
Most of the boats that run jefferies around here use 80- 90 gallons on a 60 mile round trip, lucky mine isnt quite as thirsty, she'll use about 20 on a 50 mile round tripper.
BB you and your Dad are still welcome to jump in with me....
I'm looking foreward to this,I expect our fishing to explode this week....
