any Roanoke river reports?

Hi fellas,I feel sure someone has been lately.please post.I read the one the NC wildlife post on thursday but would like to hear from folks that have been fishing....thanks,,,,sam

Just got back home from a thursday trip.Four of us used up 15 dozen herring,final tally was 102 on the clicker for striper,mostly 16 inchish stuff with mabey 6 that would have been keeper size with one tagged fish,and about 60 white perch,most of them came back to SC...sam

nice pics Sam,I wanna get up there to Roanoke River myself and try those,I know from the stories you have shared with me and Jeff that it is a grand time when they are hitting,hopefully we can make that trip next year
