Salt Pond
Fished from about 6pm-9pm a few nights last week, was chunking mackeral and whole squid, caught a half dozen fish between 26-30 inches, I kept the 30inch for the table, what a great week of fishing even though the weather was so shitty!

LOL I figured somebody would recognize that spot...It felt like I was the only one in that neck of the woods last week but I know when the weather breaks there will be some company

Beware the "nudies!" 
Awful nice spot for dumping a yak or canoe into late evening / very early morn.
Windsurfers congregate pretty heavy close to there.

I bet, My next purchase is def going to be a decent fishing Yak, Its so peaceful and calm there i could float in the yak and let the stripers pull me around all day/night...

Further up on your right (other side) is a fly fisherman's pardise.
Harder bottom, not quite as hard as where you were. Some silty sandy mud. Runs out a ways 3 ft. or so then drops off fast to 5-6' muck. Loads of bait type creatures in that muck. Excellent during a worm hatch or when the bait is in. Which is more often than not a little later in the season as a rule.

hell yea!! nice fish bro!!!  night fishing great! i only know a couple places to go and park after sunset tho!! heading out to gooseberry neck in wesport ma on sat night! ive never been there but from what i here theyve been slammin lunkers over there, bout an hour away and prob 6-8 people goin!
