HELP catching stripers in a pond.

curious, are they on a nightly boils, if so how long ago did you get them.

The pond is full of small bluegills. That why I put them in there. They have been in there 1 year and havnt put a dent in the bluegill yet. I can throw a casting net in anytime anywhere in the pond and have hundreds in the net. It is crazy how many there are in there. I think thats why its had to catch them.
