From my house on the N. E. river in Md. I'm a 5 min walk. to the Suski Flats i'm about 15 min drive. But the fishing is bad at these points. Now to O.C. Md i drive about 2.5 hrs, to the Delaware sea shore 2 hrs. I like fishing these beaches better.

I am actually where the river meets the ocean I can walk to the river/bay or surf. We used to have a big striper fishery here in Winchester Bay Oregon on the Mighty Umpqua and Smith River. Much smaller now. We had a large mouth striper cross but it did not make it because we had mutations of both sex organs on the same fish.
