Frank Talbert Jr. landed a new Arkansas state and world Line class record hybrid. Talbert caught the 23- pound, 1-ounce hybrid Feb. 25 2004 while fishing Bull Shoals

Ironically, said Arkansas Game and Fish Commission biologist Ken Shirley, "the commission has never stocked hybrids on Bull Shoals. In additions stripers are more common on Lake Norfork than Bull Shoals.
